Each class will begin by centering and letting go of your day, bringing your awareness into your own being. We will then warm up with a Vinyasa Flow and settle into some stretching and breathe work. The session will end with a relaxation pose and a 5-minute meditation. Encouraging Flexibility, Strength and Balance.

About your instructor
Fran Richmond completed an intensive Yoga Teacher/Training in Body, Mind and Centering in 2005, and has been teaching yoga ever since. She believes that each individual should experience their yoga practice at his/her own pace, level, and not seek to ‘compete’ with others, or place unnecessary stress on one’s body.
