Join Instructor, Linda Bayer-Lawrence for a playful yet invigorating vinyasa flow yoga class that will increase your strength & flexibility in a warm welcoming environment. A short meditation gets you focused before moving through a sweet rhythmic flow that links breath and movement. Modifications are offered along with gentle hands on assists to guide you in the postures. No matter if you are new to yoga or have experience, you will enjoy this mindful practice.
