Viking Ninja Bodyweight/Steel Mace prep course (White Belt)

WEST COAST VIKING NINJAS!! JOIN US AT INNOVATIVE RESULTS IN CALI!! INSTRUCTTORS: ERIK "ESIK" MELLAND, TJ LAWSON and ZANE ROEBUCK. WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect a day of learning the fundamentals of bodyweight and steel mace training. This course will put an emphasis on safe and innovative training with the body and the steel mace. It is a fun and continuous educational system where you can thrive as a human! Moving well with bodyweight is vital before loading it up with weight such as the Steel Mace. There will be a Bodyweight section consisting of learning movements, drilling the movements and then putting them together. When the body is trained for safe movement patterns, the Steel Mace portion will begin. This will be a full day of learning and executing. WHO THIS IS FOR: This is for coaches, athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anyone else who is interested in learning more about the benefits of bodyweight exercises and steel mace training. This is the first step in the Viking Ninja belting system. It will provide a baseline for the prep courses and tests for belts in the future. After this full day of mindful movement everyone will be prepared for the future challenges that are to come. People can work their way through the ranks as the courses progress. Belts include white, blue, red and black with education and physical tests at each level. Prep courses are required before each belt test to ensure proper preparation. We will be holding courses around the nation, creating Viking Ninjas all over the place! Fitness can be measured, so why not do it in a fun and innovative way!!?? WHAT TO BRING: All materials will be provided. If you would like to use your own steel mace, you are welcome to bring it.
