Vietnam War Conversations on Connections is a two hour special at the Little Theatre. It will be produced with a live audience on Thursday, August 24.

You can be part of the studio audience! The event is free and open to the public. Please REGISTER to tell us that you are coming. Please arrive at the theatre by 11:30am to  find a seat and get audience directions before we go live!

The two-hour special is part of WXXI's Vietnam War outreach to delve into the history of the Vietnam War in anticipation of the September airing of the new PBS Vietnam War Series by Ken Burns and Lynne Novick beginning September 17 on WXXI-TV

Guests include:  In the first hour – John White (U.S. Marine Corps veteran); Henrietta and Max Levine (anti-war activists); Alan Levin (better known as “Brother Wease,” a U.S. Army veteran), and in the second hour – Ginny Nguyen (Rochesterian and Vietnamese Community Vice President) and Loan Nguyen (wife of Special Force Lieutenant Colonel Doi Nguyen and mother of Ginny Nguyen).

Connections airs on AM 1370, WRUR-FM 88.5, WEOS-FM 89.5 and streamed on WXXINews.org.
