In this class, we will begin each week with a warm up incorporating drills, posture and body swing to prepare the body for dance. In the lesson, we will learn new patterns and work to improve on posture, frame and connection in everything we do. By the end of the series, we will have created a short routine to get us waltzing around the dance floor!

No Partner necessary but some experience is preferred. (If you know the basics of Waltz, you'll be just fine)
