Our guest speaker is Jonathan Cleck who will be speaking on Executing Your Partner…ship: Lessons on how to navigate the tricky waters of going into business with your spouse and friends (and keep them that way).

Jonathan Cleck is a 24-year veteran of the Navy SEAL Teams. Jonathan currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Greencastle Consulting, an award-winning veteran-centric consulting firm with an innovative approach to cultivating leaders. Though is high school counselor predicted a lifetime alternating between prison and nude modeling, Jonathan has defied those predictions - for now - and spent a career in small business start-ups, government program management, and Federal law enforcement where he spent 3 years with the FBI assigned to their National Joint Terrorism Task Force. Jonathan’s doctoral research in Organizational Leadership & Innovation combined with his military special operations leadership provides a foundation for expertise in human performance management focusing on communication, resource alignment, and team development. Jonathan also likes to write fancy things about himself to make it sound like he knows what I’m doing because…strategery.
