Our guest speaker for our upcoming Veteran Business Referral Network is Dennis Flanagan. His topic for discussion is “My life, The Marine Corps as my Fulcrum."
Dennis is the former chief operating officer of The Ayers Group in New York City and is the former president and CEO of Oki Data Americas, he is currently a partner in Always A Good Sign a business founded by his son Sean. Dennis had more than 40 years of experience in the computer and communications industries being employed by Texas Instruments and Burroughs Memorex prior to OKI. Joining the US-based division of Oki in 1986, he opened new channels for sales and developed numerous partnerships and led the growth of the local business to revenues of more than $550 million in the Americas and through acquisitions and geography outside of the Americas assisted in the growth worldwide to build the business to a $1.250 billion. He was elected to the Board of Directors in Japan in 1997.
