Requirements to Complete Your Membership

1. You must attend a New Member Orientation class within 90 days after joining our MLS.  Failure to attend this mandatory class may result in temporary suspension of your MLS access. 

• Parking is available at 8350 Wilshire Blvd., Suite #100, Beverly Hills, CA, 90211. Please note:  The cost to park in the parking structure is $15, and they only accept cash; we do not validate.

• Please be aware that we currently have Purple-line construction in front of our office, as it’s going to be ongoing for another few years. For more information about the Purple-line construction, click here https://www.metro.net/projects/westside/daily-closures/. If you wish to park in our parking structure please use the street S. Tower Dr. to enter the parking structure.
