A CFO’s Guide To Valuation
hosted by The Austin CFO Leadership Council

Thursday, November 15,  2018
7:30 AM to 8:00 AM Networking | 8:00 AM to 9:40 AM Program

Description:

Open up any corporate finance textbook, and you'll find pages devoted to valuation theory, valuation principles and mathematical techniques for arriving at a rational and dispassionate value for your company.

But no matter how sound these theories are, companies are valued in the real world, by real people with varied motives, amidst a dynamic market and uncertain future that no one can perfectly predict.

Join our expert panelists and discover insights into the valuation process and how you can improve your outcome!

Learning Objectives:

  • Valuation, what’s the theory, mathematical techniques and principles for arriving at “that” number.
  • How to achieve the best financial outcome.
  • What are the different drivers and hazards effecting it?
  • What should the focus be for the CEO and CFO in driving up their company’s valuation?

Who Should Attend

CFOs and other senior finance executives interested in comparing the process of different exit types in consideration of their own growth plans.
