Darren Hood has been teaching UX seminars and workshops at Grand Circus for six years. With over 21 years of experience in human-computer interaction and 21 years of experience in instructional design and training, he currently serves as a User Experience Specialist at Quicken Loans. He’s an adjunct professor for Kent State University’s UX Design Master’s program and an adjunct at Lawrence Technological University, where he teaches interaction and interface design. He holds a M.S. from Syracuse in Information Management and a M.S. in User Experience Design from Kent State. He’s also pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration.
