* Please note that group setting situations like the workshops that The LLF offers are both educational and supportive in nature. While they provide a safe space for individuals to share certain experiences and feelings, if you are struggling with particularly difficult emotions that are regularly affecting your sense of wellbeing and need help processing some of the more sensitive details of your loss, it is recommended that you schedule an individual counseling session prior to this event to see if a group event such as this would be appropriate for where you’re at in your grief journey.
