Uptown Lunch & Learn: Situational Awarnenss in the Workplace

This lunch and learn will de mistify what situational awareness is and how you can begin to apply some on your way home from this event.  Come prepared to learn something new and experience a scenario for yourself towards the end as well!
Marc Holley is a member of the WeWork Veterans in Residence program who joined Bunker Labs late 2016 after starting Atlas Defense.  He started Atlas Defense to bring balance to the current emphasis on reactionary approaches to safety by showing that situational awareness can be taught and applied in any environment.After spending 10 years in high-risk environments both as a Marine and overseas security contractor, Marc came to realize that situational awareness is the trainable skill that can aid in deterring, detecting, communicating, and de-escalating threats before or as they happen.  Since the start of Atlas Defense, he has trained and empowered hundreds of employees, staff teams, and community members to collectively feel safer with on-site scenario style exercises.
