If you’ve experienced the stress-relieving benefits of a deep sleep or the rejuvenating effects of an ocean side getaway, then you’re already familiar with the stress-relieving elements of yoga. Join Emily Hudson for gentle yoga movement, visualization meditation, breath awareness techniques, and restorative body scanning. Prepare to leave this class as the most relaxed, de-stressed version of you.
5:45 pm: Arrive at Reform Studio and get settled for Yoga (yoga only attendees)
6:00 to 6:40 pm – Yoga Class with Emily Hudson
6:45 to 7:30 – Social Hour (open to all attendees)
What to bring:
• Wear comfy clothes you can move in
• A yoga mat and blanket (provided by studio if you don't have these items)
• Items to donate to North Idaho CASA!
