Unlock Secrets to Leadership Workshop

In this half day workshop, author, business executive and US Army Reserve Colonel (Ret.) Dean DiSibio takes a unique approach to helping others learn about leadership: He uses movie clips to illustrate the principles that differentiate effective leaders from those who are not.

The curriculum is based on the leadership book, Reel Lessons in Leadership, and is designed for anyone who wants to lead or is leading at any level today. In the workshop, attendees will engage in lively discussions on the traits and characteristics of successful leaders using clips from popular films.
