AMBASSADOR MOUSHIRA MAHMOUD KHATTAB, International Human Rights Expert, Former Vice Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child, the Prime Minister of Egypt declared her nomination as Egypt’s candidate for the post of UNESCO Director General in 2017. She is the former Minister of Family and Population, Former Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of Egypt to South Africa, the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as serving in Egypt’s diplomatic missions at the United Nations in New York and Vienna.
