Want to learn about mindfulness meditation, but don’t know where to start? UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center offers its Mindful Awareness Practices classes in Santa Monica. The six-week series teaches students the principles of secular mindfulness, how to develop a personal practice and apply mindfulness in daily life. Students learn practical tools to help them.
