UAB University Honors Program 35th Anniversary

Please join us in celebrating the 35th Anniversary of the UAB University Honors Program! 

Friday, October 19th (7 PM-?) - Roasts and Anecdotes

• Enjoy drinks (including Donna's infamous punch) and heavy hors d'oeuvres while roasting your favorite faculty/staff members, sharing amusing anecdotes, or just catching up with old friends. If you've got a really good Mike or Rusty impression, bring that, too!

Saturday, October 20th - Alumni Brunch (10 AM-noonish)

• Hear remarks from UHP founder Ada Long and current director Mike Sloane and recent interdisciplinary faculty. Learn what's new with the UHP, mix and mingle with current UHP students, and get your brunch fix!

Saturday, October 20th - Homecoming Tailgate (4 PM - gametime)

• Join us at Legion Field to support our UAB Blazer football team as they take on North Texas. Our tent will be set up on the north end of the stadium. Let's cheer our Blazers on to victory!

In honor of the 35th Anniversary, we are reqesting that donations of $35 be made to the UAB University Honors Program Enhancement Account. We have set up a crowdfunding site through UAB. Please help us spread the word!
