STRESS-RESILIENCY: WHY SELF-CARE ISN'T SELFISH

Eighty-three percent of American workers suffer from work-related stress.  Stress leads to lower engagement, compassion fatigue, burnout, and a slew of lifestyle diseases that decrease company morale, productivity, creative problem solving, and your company’s most valuable asset — happy, healthy, and productive employees.

Research shows that teaching employees how to strengthen their stress resiliency by making time for self-care decreases the impact stress has on their mental and physical health.

This one-hour workshop will share actionable steps to make small changes in daily habits that foster self-care, increase stress resiliency, and improve focus and productivity.
