Bon Appétit Presents TURN ON THE OVEN: A Depths-of-Winter Live Podcast Event

It’s the worst time of year outside, but the best time to cook. All we want to do is hole up in our sweatpants and embark on ambitious baking projects, braise meats for hours, and invite friends and family over for cheesy baked pasta.

So brave the cold and join Bon Appétit as we celebrate winter comforts. We’ll be joined by special guests Stella Bugbee , editor in chief of The Cut, and New Yorker columnist Jia Tolentino .

Carla Lalli Music , Chris Morocco, Andy Baraghani , Molly Baz , and Sohla El-Waylly from the BA Test Kitchen will be appearing on stage, along with editors Adam Rapoport , Priya Krishna , and Alex Beggs .

As always, there will be bites and a cash bar.
