Early morning is the most conducive time to practice your own inward tuning. Before the bustle of the day carries the mind and body into action, gift yourself time to feel your body and breath. Science is catching up to what the yogis have known for centuries – practices that calm our mind have tremendous benefit on our health and the effects of the meditation do appear in the physical body.
This 75 minute practice is gentle and will include some pranayama (breath control exercises) and a short mediation. All levels welcome.
