Tuesday Sewing Winter 2020 - 8 to 11 years - Bella Vista Studio - Philadelphia, PA 2020

We give 8-11 year olds the skills they need to bring fabric to life. In addition to learning how to thread and operate a sewing machine with complete independence, students learn advanced skills like how to insert zippers, topstitching, working with linings and sewing curved seams. Projects for this age group have included backpacks, lunch boxes, accessories, stuffed animals and much more. Afterschool pick-up available from Meredith, McCall, Jackson & Nebinger. Students from other schools can be dropped off at the studio at 3:30pm. Dates: 10 Tuesdays on Jan 14, Jan 21, Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 25, Mar 3, Mar 10 & Mar 17.
