Rock Steady Boxing at DPI Adaptive Fitness
1-2pm (8 person max) @ DPI Adaptive Fitness Training Center
Focuses on warm up, hand wrap instruction, boxing stance and footwork tradition boxing drills to learn how to properly throw the basic punches in boxing.
Balance, stability, memory and coordination plays a big role in traditional boxing drills and we use this to fight the effects of Parkinsons Disease
Pre-Assessment ($150) required and Class is $25/session
