Individual Ticket: $250 per person
Group Tickets: $125 per person for 2-5 individuals from the same school/agency and $90 per person for 6+ individuals from the same school/agency
16-Hour Training Delivered Over the Course of 2 Days
January 30th, 2020 from 9:00am - 5:00pm AND January 31st, 2020 from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Our 16-Hour Trusted Adult Ally training provides adults with the knowledge, confidence, tools and skills to alleviate the barriers to safety, well-being and support for children, teens and young adults who witness or experience domestic/sexual/teen dating violence.
THIS TRAINING INCLUDES:
A BLOOM365 t-shirt and promotional swag are provided! Participants also gain support and access to advocacy services and technical assistance on implementation of TAA program and youth-centered service delivery.
The Role of the Trusted Adult Ally
Do you know what to say, who to call, and what to do if a child, teen or young adult discloses that they have experienced, witnessed or caused bullying, domestic, sexual or teen dating violence? If not, this training is for YOU! BLOOM365 trained and certified Trusted Adult Allies gain the knowledge, confidence and skills to provide unbiased guidance and resource connections to young people who disclose experiencing, witnessing or causing emotional, verbal, physical or sexual violence.
Our Allies are equipped with empathetic listening skills and prepared with "step taking" tools to navigate young people to safety and wrap around support.

BLOOM365's TAA Certification addresses all three levels of prevention:
Primary: Prevent domestic/sexual/dating violence BEFORE it starts. Prevent attitudes that tolerate abuse and violence. Stop potential offenders BEFORE they commit their first act of domestic/sexual/dating violence.
Secondary: Short-term responses and interventions to prevent offenders from committing domestic/sexual/dating violence.
Tertiary: Ongoing support for victims. Ongoing treatment for offenders causing harm.
