The LED (Louisiana Economic Development) SEBD (Small and Emerging Business Development) Roundtables are opportunities for entrepreneurs to gather monthly with their peers and to share their experience running a small business and to hear from subject matter experts offering relevant business insights on topic area selected by the Roundtable Participants themselves. Gain real time insight, with on-time peer to peer learning and exchange. Entrepreneurs meet monthly as a small group chort for a few hours in a trusting, supportive and engaging environment for established, small businesses to discuss matters critical to the management and growth of their business, explore other business and personal matters impacting their experience as an entrepreneur and to share experiences and to hear from subject matter experts on best practices and topics relevant to the interests of the program participants. Participating small businesses meet regularly over the course of a year for peer-to-peer learning, brainstorming, business networking and support. The collaborative, growth-oriented meetings support a trusting environment in which CEOs can safely explore business and personal issues.
