Thomas has over 16 years of progressive leadership experience, including Agile Coaching, Software Development, Program Management, and Organizational Change. Thomas believes the best way to connect with people is to truly take a walk in their shoes. He enjoys collaboration and communication with software development organizations and ultimately gain the most satisfaction when we grow together. He has a passion for technology because it forces us to connect with each other and push minds to the highest level of creativity. Organizational Change enables people to realize that T.E.A.M really means that together everyone achieves more! Not only is every organization different, but also each team. Each developer, product owner, and stakeholder has a different method of receiving and processing information. This is the ultimate motivator for me as a coach and is the main reason for my passion for both software development and organizational change. People are the most important resource any organization can have and communication is the key to people working together.
