Are you interested in...
• Learning about your Resilient Zone?
• Experiencing greater wellbeing?
• Attaining greater balance in mind, body, and spirit?
Come to our free workshop where you will learn some simple skills leading to greater health and balance. The recent fire and aftermath have been difficult for us, our families, our friends, and our communities. Stressful and traumatic events such as the Camp Fire bump us out of our Resilient Zones in which we experience internal balance and rhythm. These Trauma Resiliency Model® Introduction sessions can help us learn how to:
• Use simple skills to get back into balance in body, mind, and spirit;
• Recognize common reactions to chronic stress and trauma;
• Alleviate uncomfortable reactions related to stress and trauma; and
• Encourage ourselves and others to integrate wellness skills into our daily lives.
All ages can learn these skills!
