Parents/Guardians:
What resources are available to support students with physical accessibility needs in the areas of education, employment and independent living? At this workshop, families will Identify transition planning services and supports for physical accessibility needs and engage in a discussion with an advocate for students with physical accessibility needs.
Transition and College Access Centers will support schools and families with facilitating transition for students with IEPs from school to ***** life, in preparation to be productive members of society.
