Transition Asheville’s December Potluck and Re-gifting Potlatch

Transition Asheville’s December Potluck and Re-gifting Potlatch
Event ended

The basic definition of “potlatch” from Wikipedia says, "A potlatch is a gift-giving feast practiced by indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast of Canada and the United States, among whom it is traditionally the primary economic system."

To experience this type of sharing economy, we’re asking people to bring food and something used and in good condition that will be chosen by someone else who attends the Social. It will be great fun!
