Transcendental Meditation, or TM, is a unique form of meditation that is both effortless and profound. Extensive scientific research on TM has shown that it is very effective at reducing stress and improving stress-related conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and hypertension. It also enhances cognitive function, increasing energy, creativity and focus. This talk will explore the scientifically established benefits of TM for wellness, success and growth, describe how it differs from other forms of meditation, and explain how to learn it.
