Join us as we explore the elements of TWI in this informative workshop. Participants will be introduced to the three J-Programs; Job Relations (JR), Job Methods (JM), and Job Instruction (JI), with a deep dive on JI. Participants will learn the 7-step process for training people to do tasks safely, correctly, and conscientiously. They will also learn how to complete and use a Job Breakdown Sheet for Job Instruction. The workshop will be highly interactive and the participants will leave with an awareness of the JR and JM programs and a good understanding of the JI program.

Greg Williams
Greg Williams worked in the oil & gas industry for 37 years, retiring from Aera Energy LLC as Lean Director in December 2016. He’s had the opportunity to work closely with many of the great Lean thought leaders over the past 20 years. He has also been very active as a volunteer with Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) for nearly 20 years, serving as west region board president, chairing the 2016 AME international conference in Dallas, and serving on the national board and executive committee, completing his term as chairman of the board in 2017. After retiring from Aera, Greg started his international consulting business, Western Sensei Consulting. Both at Aera and through his consulting business, Greg has coached several CEO’s and many other executives and managers. Greg has earned many professional certifications over the years including TWI-JI master trainer.
