Training for CHA Survey Volunteers

Hello volunteers- 

First, thank you for signing up to volunteer for the upcoming health assessment survey! There is no way we could complete this work without you. 

I encourage everyone to attend an in person training if possible. During the training we will go over:

• Using and recording survey data in a tablet
• Identifying the correct house to visit when the house listed on your instructions does not want to participate, is not eligible, or no one is home
• Survey logistics
• Survey best practices 
• Safety information 

In the past, volunteers who have not been trained had a much harder time on the day of the survey so we encourage everyone to attend a training if possible.
