Due to circumstances beyond our control we regret to announce The Summer Series ‘17 will be cancelled. Construction and permits on our new location have been delayed for months and it has become evident that the location will not be ready to host the competition.  We will resume the Summer Series ‘18 next summer so mark your calendars!!  Athlete fees will be refunded through Eventbrite, and sponsorships will be refunded directly through CrossFit TTG.  If you have any questions or concerns, call Scot at 919.268.1110.

*Master male and master females will be required to perform each wod with Rx standards.

WEIGHT & MOVEMENTS GUIDELINES TO DETERMINE RX OR SCALED DIVISIONS: This does not mean the weight and movements listed will be in the WOD's. 

RX & Master DIVISION: 

Ring/bar muscle up 

Chest to bar pull ups 

Toes to Bar

Double Unders

Handstand Pushups

Pistols

Handstand walks 

Box Jumps 30" / 24"

Be capable to Run at least a mile. 

RX & Masters- Minimum Standard Weights: You should be able to move throughout a metcon.

Deadlifts 275#/205#

Front Squat 185#/125#

RX Clean & Jerk 155#/105#

Clean & Jerk 135#/95#

Snatch & OHS 135#/95#

KBS 70#/53#

SCALED DIVISION:

Pull Ups (Normal Standard) Might be an option for scaled division

Jumping Pull-Up (Same Standard as the Open)

Box Jumps 24"/20"(Step ups allowed)
