Train the Trainers Workshop for Questionnaire Assistance Centers

Be a Questionnaire Assistance Center to help ensure that every person in Massachusetts is seen, heard, and counted in the 2020 Census!

We're just one month away from the beginning of the 2020 Census! Step up to ensure that every person in Massachusetts is seen, heard, and counted in the 2020 Census!

One of the ways that we can do this together is to provide Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QACs) where people can go to complete their 2020 Census online and receive assistance from trained staff/volunteers.

To support setting up QACs, the Statewide Complete Count Committee along with MassCounts are hosting this QAC training for Boston-area organizations. The main goals of the training are to:

• provide an overview of the 2020 Census and QAC training guide to train your staff/volunteers;
• share recommendations for setting up and running a QAC;
• share tips for ensuring your QAC is a comfortable space for our undercounted community to take the 2020 Census online or over the phone; and,
• provide access to resources and materials to support your community outreach efforts!
