- RECOMMENDED FOR MANAGERS & EMPLOYEES -
Workplace bullying is repeated mistreatment of a less-powerful person targeted by a perpetrator. It is offensive conduct that includes verbal abuse; behaviors that are threatening, humiliating or intimidating; and interference with work getting done. Bullying is costly for employers, and if not addressed, can escalate into illegal harassment. This training will help participants define workplace bullying, list types of bullying behavior, tell the difference between workplace bullying and illegal harassment, explore reasons it is important to confront and eliminate workplace bullying, and provide guidelines to eliminate bullying behavior.
