Towpath Women Monday MORNING Ride--Memorial Day Edition

Rule number one of exercise is never miss a Monday...even on a holiday. Let's ride before the grills fire up :). If you haven't signed a waiver yet for this season, please do so--it's online, so no need to print anything!

We traditionally do a longer road ride to earn our junk calories for later (between 35-40 miles, 13-15 mph average speed). We will be meeting at the canal path, Lock 33 (by the JCC on Edgewood, you can park in the Lock lot or at the JCC) to avoid the congested parking situation of the parade. Map will be posted soon in the discussion below--I'm still putting the finishing touches on it :).

The shop is closed for Memorial Day, so if you need any of the required items for this ride (helmet, rear light) or anything for your flat repair kit stop by over the weekend. Tell them you're with Towpath Women and get a discount!
