The Totowa Library is beginning another session of Weight Watchers!

The Totowa Public Library, located at 537 Totowa Road, will begin the 5th session of their "Freestyle" Community Meetings with Weight Watchers Wellness Wins! The new session will begin on December 20th, 2019. The group will still meet on Friday afternoons: the weigh-ins will be at 4:45 pm and the meetings will start at 5:00 pm. The cost of this session is $217.80 for 26 weeks. Our members have had a lot of success with this new "Freestyle" program because it rewards members for small, everyday behaviors that are proven to lead to healthier habits!
