Tool Swap with Chicago Tool Library

Chicago Tool Library and Plant Chicago team up for our second swap event of the year for tools!

Stop by the Firehouse at 4459 S. Marshfield Avenue from 10AM to 2PM on Saturday, August 7 to browse some tools, hardware, and materials or donate some working tools or materials you no longer have a need for!

Available Items:

- Nails

- Screws

- Anchors

- Small hand and power tools

- Sandpaper

- Glues, grouts, stains, and other project materials

- Scrap wood

- Miscellaneous hardware and tool accessories

The Chicago Tool Library can accept donations of tools listed here. Other tools donated to the swap event will be redistributed to community-members.

The Chicago Tool Library is a community nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide equitable access to tools, equipment, and information to allow all Chicagoans to learn, share, and create.
