Toddler & Me Cooking Class

Come join us the fourth Friday of each month!

In this class, we'll have some fun and get a little messy creating a yummy ( and edible) sensory experience! Each month will feature a new + simple recipe that you can integrate into your life with ease. The best part - you can make it your way and help your toddler crave foods that are good for them. This is designed to be interactive and empower parents to become more informed about food choices and nutritional needs that positively influence your toddler's health. By getting our little ones in the kitchen and involving them in the process, we encourage mindful eating, a balanced plate, and curb picky eating.

This class is appropriate for toddlers at least 20 months of age up to age 4. They will need to be past a food introduction stage (self feeding), have the ability to follow along with basic cooking instructions , and participate throughout the class. I'll be leading the interactive demo + answering any questions that come up. Your little one will be supervised and assisted by you, the parent (s), throughout the class.

All recipes will be plant based and centered around organic whole, real ingredients.

Each class will be 45 minutes followed by a [1 hour] Meet The Health Expert Q + A relevant to feeding toddlers , creating a mindful plate, and the ingredients used for that class.

This is a paid class $25 / child.

*Parents - you only need to purchase a ticket for your child not yourself* Please register in advance. Due to the limited space and nature of the class there will be no refunds after purchase, there is an option to transfer your ticket.
