Yoga can relieve pain, ease sore joints, and help increase strength and range of motion. This class will guide you through safe, therapeutic yoga practices focusing on each area of the body. Yoga poses are tailored to each individual's ability and may be done sitting, standing, or lying down. Meditation and deep relaxation practices are included in every class to further de-stress the mind and body.

Sessions are 6 or 7 Tuesdays from 12:30 - 1:30 pm.
Each session is limited to 12 participants.
Session 1: January 7, 14, 21; February 4, 11, 18, 25 (except January 28)
Session 2: March 3, 10, 17, 31; April 7, 14, 21 (except March 24)
Session 3: April 28; May 5, 12, 19; June 2, 9, 16 (except May 26)
Session 4: June 23, 30; July 7, 14, 21, 28
Please Note:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
