After 20 years as a geriatric health care professional, Joy Lucinda Klein has been a Certified Reflexologist, Bio-Touch Certified Practitioner, Energy Worker and Intuitive Medium for almost 8 years. She has worked with hundreds of chronically ill and terminally ill patients and family members as well as her own clients. Also, she has taught hundreds of health care professionals through continuing education programs through the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois.

Joy also does Grief Consulting in the Workplace for individual employees going through personal losses as well as workplace turmoil such as layoffs, high turnover, low morale, team disarray and poor sales performance
