Therapeutic Movement Yoga and Massage

Come enjoy an afternoon dedicated to relaxation, decompression and stress relief.
We will be offering a unique blend of therapeutic movement and stretching, aroma therapy, and massage
Start with some guided gentle movements and stretches to help unwind and release those tight muscles, followed by mini- massage with Dr. Nicole. Sample essential oils and more. This event and is open to the public. 
As we teach you how to relax the body, we will also enjoy some aroma therapy. We will then have the opportunity to enjoy mini-massage. Our Doctor of Chiropractic will offer her healing touch focusing on specific areas of tension in your body. 
The physical practice of movement and stretching is a great compliment to massage which often results in improved sleep and digestion, a healthier body, less anxiety and less pain
