Hey quarantine people,
This Wednesday, join me for another Quarantine Workout at 6:00 pm! Make sure that you have some space to work out, a yoga matt, some water, dumbbells (if you have them), ankle weights (if you have them) and a resistance band (if you have one).
Invite your friends and family to join as well so we can all enjoy a great workout together!
I know that everyone is having a rough time right now during the virus and therefore I am making these events for free to help people out who can t afford anything extra right now.
