Ian Truitner, MBA, combined theater production with military service and became a prolific filmaker, with award-winning projects screened at Cannes, SXSW, Milan, Palm Springs, and Seattle International film festivals.
Over the years Ian created and produced content for Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Spike TV, a Telly Award-winning interactive safety program for kids, and the opening ceremonies of the Taekwondo World Championships in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2015 Ian was awarded a U.S. patent he authored for RANDIAN, a media tech company he co-founded.
Ian has an MBA from Penn State University and was awarded Alumni of Notable Achievent from the University of Minnesota, where he earned a BA in theater. He is a member of the DGA (Directors Guild of America) and BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc).
He has lectured at Occidental College, Ringling College of Art and Design, and Los Angeles Unified School Districts schools.
