During this course, you’ll learn the responsibilities of the facilitator and other meeting roles, understand the importance of logistics before, during and after the meeting, walk through tools and techniques for productivity and discuss facilitation challenges and how to respond or avoid them altogether.

This fun and interactive session will have participants taking part in productivity techniques and observing protocols for successful facilitation beginning with your Outlook calendar invite to the class and ending with post class logistics.

The Centura Health ePMO is a Project Management Institute (PMI) designated registered education provider. Participants will earn seven Technical Professional Development Units (PDUs) for attending.
