Orawin "Nim" Yimchalam & Nathan Greene, Chef/Owners of ThaiHey Thaifood at White Star, will wow guests with a true Thai Royal Dinner.

This exclusive 5 course dinner will feature special dishes unique to Nim's homeland of Thailand.  

An optional drink pairing features curated selections of beer, wine and sake with each dish.

DINNER:

1st Course:  Golden Bag (shrimp & pork dumpling deep fried) and Chor Muang (ground turkey, pickled daikon and peanut steamed) served with curry dipping sauce.

2nd Course:  Beef Larb.  Grilled angus beef with Northeast Thailand style seasoning

3rd Course:  Tom Yum (hot & sour soup) Giant River Prawn with Thai herb served in coconut

4th Course:  King Crab Curry with Vermicelli noodles

5th Course:  Thai mango coconut custard with fresh coconut milk
