Generals Quarters Reservations

Our Generals Quarters offer stunning views of our vineyard, the Bull Run mountains, and the neighboring horse farm. Each bay includes a sun sail, 3 picnic tables, and a 20’x40’ lawn space for your group and can hold up to 35 guests. This is a family friendly space open to all ages (children must be supervised by an adult at all times) and is perfect for family gatherings, bridal showers, birthday parties, and more. The Generals Quarters is available by reservation only, for a non-refundable $350 reservation fee.

Terms of Use:

• Your reservation is for a 3.5 hour period, from 11:00 AM–2:30 PM or 3:30–7:00 PM, for $350 per timeslot. You must vacate the area at the end of your reserved time.
• For an all-day rental (11:00 AM–7:00 PM), please purchase a morning and afternoon slot, or reach out to our event sales team for a $100 discount code
• Each bay can hold up to 35 guests. Up to 2 bays can be reserved per group, for a maximum guest count of 70
• Do-it-yourself reservation with no event coordination included
• You are expected to setup, clean up, and remove garbage from the space at the end of your reserved time. Clean up fee of $250 and dumpster usage fee of $250 may be charged to credit card on file if space is not returned to the original state in which it was found or if trash is left behind
• Outside food is allowed, but caters and restaurants are not allowed to drop-off food on site
• There is no heating, open flames, or cooking allowed on site
• Decorations are allowed, but no balloons, glitter, confetti or other items that may be hazardous to the ecosystem are allowed
• General winery rules listed in the FAQs apply
• No refunds available, but you may reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours in advance
• Bay placement is up to management team on the day of reservation, requests are considered but not guaranteed
