TENWEST Impact Festival – Fourth Industrial Revolution Keynote Luncheon: Workforce Development

As the Fourth Industrial Revolution impacts the workplace, it also impacts every one of us. Not only do employers need to focus on keeping up with advances in technology in their operations, they must also ensue their workforce is keeping pace with the rapid rate of change. As we continue to delve into the impacts of 4IR, this panel will look at how companies are dealing with the need for employees to continually update their skills, and what employees need to do to stay relevant.
