Tennis Permanent Sub for January to March 2020 League - Mesa, AZ 2020

Description Activity Description: This registration page is for players who are joining a league team as a permanent sub to fill in when a player on a singles or doubles league team cannot make it. Only one(1) permanent sub is allowed per team (singles or doubles team). When this designated permanent sub plays on the team, that team will receive fulls points for that match. There is a separate registration page for players wanting to sign-up to sub when players can't make it. This page is only for those players that already have a team.
