Plant Breeding Center: Seminar

Dr. Tareke Berhe is a Teff consultant, agronomist, and plant breeder, working with a local restaurateur to discuss the potential for growing teff in the Sacramento Region. Teff is a gluten-free grain, originating in Ethiopia.

He will give a seminar on his work with teff, and will later meet with researchers to discuss potential collaborations.
