Teen Comic Con
Tuesday March 22
5 – 8 PM

Teens grades 6 – 12 are invited to a FREE Comic Con at the Portsmouth Public Library. Our featured guest is Cory Levine, Author of Bowery Boys.

This program is a cooperation between the Portsmouth High School Clipper Library, PPL and Stairway to Heaven.

Dress up for the Costume Contest or participate in the Trivia Contest and enter to win Prizes. Have your Caricature drawn by PHS student Rebecca Leblanc. Preview a new FREE DIGITAL COMICS service from the library. Or, take a picture in our Photobooth. And more!

At 5 PM, join us for a Talk from Cory Levine. Levine will have time for some questions, and will sign copies of his book, Bowery Boys. Books will be available for purchase.

At 5:45, Levine will also lead a Panel featuring other special guests, including Randy Michaels & Liz Plourde, illustrator and author of How I Made the World, Larry Daley, illustrator, editor and former managing director at DC Comics, and graphic novelists Kane Lynch and Lydia aka Kotaline Jones from the Center for Cartoon Studies.

Trivia will start at 6:30 prompt! Don't miss your chance to test your fandom knowledge and win prizes!

Then hang out, explore, and create with activities, photobooth, and more!

Note: this event is open only to grades 6 – 12.
